That’s why we custom-design your support plan, giving priority to your needs, choices and preferences. We also take into consideration cultural and language differences and where possible, match you with someone who understands your culture and speaks your language.
Trained and accredited staff
On top of our regular accreditations, we provide ongoing training to our staff, where required. In some cases, our staff are trained by all major hospitals around Melbourne so they can support our clients who have specific needs.
We are an NDIS Registered Provider.
COVID-safe practices
All our staff have been trained in Covid-safe work practices. Only fully vaccinated support workers are assigned to NDIS participants.
