Ankit is the Operations Manager at Home Care Experts and a registered nurse whose career has spanned acute clinical settings and complex community care. He is the person responsible for ensuring that the clinical frameworks, operational processes, and day-to-day systems that underpin every service at HCE run with precision, consistency, and a clear focus on participant safety.
His dual background as a registered nurse and operations leader is rare and genuinely valuable in the disability sector. Ankit understands not just how care should be delivered but how organisations need to be structured to make that happen reliably at scale. He bridges the gap between clinical best practice and the operational realities of running a complex care provider.
In his role, Ankit oversees workforce coordination, service scheduling, clinical escalation systems, and the operational partnerships that allow HCE to respond rapidly to participant needs, including urgent hospital discharge situations. He works closely with Rita on clinical governance and with Shikhil on compliance to ensure every part of the organisation is aligned and audit ready.
Ankit is known within the team for his calm, methodical approach under pressure and his genuine investment in the wellbeing of both participants and staff. He believes that operational excellence and compassionate care are not in tension but are in fact inseparable.

Builds and refines the operational infrastructure that allows HCE to deliver consistent, high-quality care across a complex and growing caseload.
Manages the coordination of nursing and support staff, ensuring the right clinical skills are matched to each participant's specific needs.
Works alongside Rita and the clinical team to coordinate rapid responses to hospital discharge referrals, often within same-day or next-day timeframes.
Oversees clinical escalation protocols and ensures all incidents are managed, documented, and reviewed in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements.
Maintains operational compliance with NDIS registration requirements, Practice Standards, and Price Guide obligations across all service lines.
Supports and mentors support coordinators, nurses, and operational staff, building a team culture grounded in accountability and genuine care.
