About Course

This course provides workers with foundational knowledge and practical guidance for supporting participants with medication management in accordance with their individual support plans, organisational policies and procedures, and relevant NDIS requirements.

What Will You Learn?

  • This course will help you understand the fundamentals of medication management, worker responsibilities, participant rights, safe medication practices, PRN medication, medication storage, documentation and recognising when concerns need to be reported or escalated. You will learn how to provide safe, respectful and person-centred medication support while working within your role, training and organisational procedures.
