Every complaint follows a clear, fair process. Here is what you can expect after you get in touch.
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and confirm who will be handling it.
We investigate the matter thoroughly, speaking with relevant staff and reviewing any documentation.
We provide a full written response within 10 business days, including our findings and any actions taken.
If you are not satisfied, you may request an internal review or escalate to an external body.

All submissions are treated with confidentiality. You will not experience any negative consequences for raising a concern.

The NDIS Commission handles complaints about registered NDIS providers. They can investigate concerns about the quality and safety of supports, breaches of the Code of Conduct, and the use of restrictive practices.
