Being able to access transport is an important part of life. It enables you to participate in the community and live an enjoyable, meaningful life. Here at Home Care Experts, we’re dedicated to helping you get to where you need to go, safely and easily. As an NDIS registered provider, we provide transport assistance to participants who find it hard to access public transport and help participants build the capacity to travel independently.

We can help you travel on your own by accessing taxis, rideshares, public transport and other methods of travel. We can also assign a Home Care Experts support member to travel with you to provide extra assistance where needed. The choice is yours. Services we provide include: 

• pick-up and drop-off service
• assistance using public transport
• dedicated disability and wheelchair-accessible vehicles
• guided walking assistance
